POWDERCOATING
When it is important that parts look as great as they function, powdercoating is the answer. The powdercoating process creates an attractive and resilient finish for automotive components.  It allows a variety of finishes and colors. Choose matte or glossy, textured or smooth. And color choices are nearly endless.

Powdercoating involves applying dry, powdered paint to a part. The item is then baked so that the powder particles melt and form a durable and uniform coating of color. Cracking, chipping or peeling is virtually unheard of. So durable, in fact that powdercoating can last a lifetime when well-maintained.

E-COATING (Electrodeposition)
Looking for a coating that is both highly protective against corrosion and economical? CRM’s e-coating is the ideal solution for uniformly covering and protecting intricate metal parts. Using electricity to apply the finish, electrodeposition or e-coating, produces a full black coating that is cost effective, resilient, and environmentally responsible.

Blasting Services
Surface preparation is the most important part of powder coating. The end finish is only as good as what it's applied to. Sandblasting the surface of your material prior to coating provides an excellent surface for the powder coating to adhere to. Blasting also increases the adhesion and durability of the finish. Our steel grit blast system removes the old finish, metal oxides or manufacturing byproducts that remain on the metal.

Vibratory Deburring
Our vibratory deburring services allow parts manufacturers to leave even more of the finishing work to CRM. We use case hardened steel media to break sharp edges, blend, and polish for a smooth finish.

Light Assembly
